Creating a personal culture: What makes me especially proud to work for Siemens Digital Industries Software is the culture, which still manages to feel more personal and like a family than you find at many other large enterprises. This combined with our products, the range of our portfolio, and career opportunities create an untouchable organization.

Proud of the team: Our people care about one another, and it shows. We can relax knowing we always have each other’s backs, even when we may not agree. That’s what makes Siemens Digital Industries Software the best place to work, it allows people to focus on having an impact while being themselves. Every day I’m motivated to do my best for our people and customers.

Enjoys the little things: When I'm not in the office, you can find me walking the trails in the Bay Area, watching a movie, catching up with friends, or doing normal homebody-type things. To treat myself, I love a night in watching The Great British Baking Show!

Lessons learned: Let your interests pull you forward. When you care about what you do it shows, and others will want to advocate for you.
