Giveaway Rules
This program ("Giveaway") is open to persons 18 years of age and older. This Giveaway is not open to employees of Siemens Industry Software Inc. (hereinafter “SISW”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, resellers, advertising and promotional agencies or members of their immediate families. Void where prohibited.
To enter and qualify for this Giveaway, you must register for the full conference pass before April 15, 2022, 11:59 PST and [CN(DSI1] attend Realize LIVE Americas 2022 in person. This event is to be held in Las Vegas, NV, from May 9, 2022 (7am PST) to May 12, 2022 (1:30pm PST). Scanning an attendee’s badge does not create an entry for the prize drawings. Winners are randomly selected from all eligible entries collectively received.
Winners will be announced either on site or announced on the Realize LIVE 2022 website https://events.sw.siemens.com/en-US/realizelive. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries collectively received.
Three (3) winners will receive one of the following prizes: Two (2) tickets to a Cirque De Soleil show, which will be chosen by MGM (estimated retail value $200 USD); One (1) Hotel room upgrade at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino or The Delano for duration of the conference May 9- 12, 2022 (estimated retail value $100 USD); One (1) thirty (30)-minute one-on-one coaching session with keynote speaker Kelly McDonald (estimated retail value $500 USD), (the “Prize” or collectively the “Prizes”).
Winner will be notified by e-mail no later than 11:59 pm [PST] April 29, 2022. Winner will have four days (ninety-six hours (96) hours) to respond to the notification to confirm acceptance of a Prize. If winner has not responded to SISW by the conclusion of 96 hours from the time of notification, a new winner will be selected. Selection of winners will continue until three (3) winners respond by the conclusion of 96 hours from the time of notification. The Prizes will be delivered in person at the Realize LIVE Americas 2022 onsite registration desk. The determination of the winners will be conducted by SISW whose decision is final on all matters relating to this Giveaway. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. SISW will cover shipping costs, including international shipments. The Prizes will be awarded and are non-transferable. No cash or other substitutions are allowed except by SISW’s sole election due to Prize unavailability. Odds of receiving a Prize is dependent upon the total number of entries received.Winner may be required to sign an IRS form W-9 or other tax document required under local law. If applicable, winner is responsible for all costs associated with data plan(s), Wi-Fi access and/or other use-related fees incurred in connection with use of an electronic device.
Entrants may not enter with multiple identities nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries. Any entrant who attempts to participate multiple times or with multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries may be disqualified. Altered, mutilated or illegible entries will be disqualified. SISW is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, mutilated, illegible or misdirected entries or for electronic errors.
By submitting an entry for this Giveaway, entrant agrees to abide by these official rules and any decision SISW makes regarding this Giveaway. SISW reserves the right to disqualify from this Giveaway, and to prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law, any entrant or entrant who, in SISW’s reasonable suspicion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry or mechanical entries, violates these official rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
By submitting an entry for this Giveaway, entrant (a) agrees to the decisions of SISW which shall be final in all respects; (b) consents to the use of entrants’ name, likeness and any statements, quotes or testimonials provided by entrant for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law; (c) and agrees to hold harmless and fully indemnify and release SISW, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) caused by or arising out of entrant's participation or acceptance, possession or use of any Prize.
By submitting an entry for this Giveaway, entrant acknowledges and agrees to SISW’s collection and use of entrant’s personal information, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, for any purpose, including but not limited to, contacting entrant from time to time to inform entrant of products, programs, services and promotions that SISW believes may be of interest to entrant. By entering this Giveaway, entrant hereby acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted these Giveaway Rules.
If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of SISW, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, SISW reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the Prize using all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. If the Event is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted on Realize LIVE Americas 2022 website, event app notification, and via email communications.
SISW is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture such information by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Event.
This promotion is not affiliated in any way with MGM Resorts International, Cirque De Soleil or Kelly McDonald, or any subsidiary or affiliate of any of these companies or individuals.
This Giveaway, the rights and obligations of SISW, and the rights and obligations of entrants and winners will be governed and controlled by the laws of Texas, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings, and litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of Texas. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of Texas and federal court located within the state and county with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this Giveaway.
