Event Payment Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the processing of all registration fee payments for any Events presented and organized by Siemens Industry Software Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Siemens Industry Software”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms applicable to the Event, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
All registration fees are paid online by credit card in accordance with the Registration Fees and Payments sections of the Terms applicable to the Event.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds will be addressed in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund sections of the Terms applicable to the Event.
Any personally-identifiable information collected during the course of processing your payment will be used and protected in accordance with the Privacy section of the Terms applicable to the Event.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of laws principles thereof. You irrevocably (a) consent to the jurisdiction of the state and Federal courts located in the County of New York for any action arising out of or relating hereto or thereto, (b) agree that all claims in respect of such action or proceeding may be heard and determined in any such court, (c) waive any claim of inconvenient forum or other challenge to venue in such court, and (d) agree not to bring any action or proceeding in any other court. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods (CISG) of 11 April 1980 is excluded.
