The Maintenance Services Terms comprise General Maintenance Services Terms as amended by Specific Maintenance Terms applicable with respect to certain software or hardware.

Applicable Specific Maintenance Terms are identifiable via the unique alphanumeric code displayed on the order with respect to the software or hardware to which the services relate. If the alphanumeric code set forth on an order is not listed below, only the General Maintenance Services apply.
