Industrial insight meets innovation: The Simulation group within Siemens Digital Industries Software (DI SW) holds a unique position. Thanks to Siemens’ vast hardware and automation knowledge, our simulation R&D team creates software that is exceptionally optimized for industrial use. This direct connection between the virtual and the physical realms gives us a significant edge over traditional software vendors.

Culture fit: I am incredibly impressed by the values-driven culture of Siemens DI SW. Coming from Altair, a company that also prided itself on innovation, a 'technology-first' mindset, diversity, and open communication, I can confidently say that Siemens embodies very similar beliefs. Harmony in everyday life: I have passion for music, especially Indian classical and light music. In my free time, I love to sing with friends or simply relax with a good glass of red wine while enjoying some tunes. A good quality set of headphones or even small portable speaker are some of my essentials.

Growth through curiosity: Throughout my career, my greatest lesson is to never stop learning. I believe in approaching work with curiosity and a sense of adventure—it's the fastest way to grow and truly enjoy what you do.
