Base terms set forth the general terms and conditions for the use of products and services.
The UCA sets forth base terms for all our products and services, including on-premises software, hardware, maintenance, support, training services, cloud services, and any combination of the foregoing. Customers that are solely interested in on-premises products and services may use the EULA terms.
The End User License Agreement applies to purchases via our electronic contracting system if the order form solely comprises on-premises products and services.
The Universal Customer Agreement applies to purchases via our electronic contracting system, if the order form includes any offering that contains cloud services (for instance any XaaS offering, or Mendix or MindSphere services).
See terms and conditions related to the EULA and UCA.
The Supplemental Terms set out the license models, applicable maintenance and support terms and other portfolio-related or use case-specific terms. Supplemental terms are identified on the order form by unique alphanumeric codes.
