Our Siemens Simcenter office in Belgium is one of our top engineering innovation centers for students/interns/universities and a leading provider of test and mechatronic simulation software for automotive, aerospace, and other advanced manufacturing industries.
In 2023 we hosted over 60 engineering students from all over the world, supporting their learning through guest lectures, thesis support and student visits to software development facilities and laboratories.
Our active participation in major international research initiatives has ensured we are well connected to the international research community with close contacts to leading universities and research centers worldwide.
Our learning opportunities focus on students in the mechanical or electrical engineering field as well as students in mathematics, physics, and computer science. We welcome students from both Belgian and foreign universities.

Students participating in our Strategic Student Program will have access to one-on-one mentorship, learning & development sessions with subject matter experts, executive speaker sessions, social and volunteer events, and continuous performance feedback. Students may also have the chance to work on projects that impact the business globally and have the opportunity to rotate different teams.
