Constant evolution: I’m proud to have been at Siemens for over 40 years and witness many technologies and business transformations over the years. In my career, I have appreciated the opportunity and freedom to deliver both customer-facing and internal programs and projects across a variety of organizational domains. It’s been a privilege to see how our culture has evolved from a small startup to a successful Siemens organization.
Disruptive forces: My current group focuses on disruptive technology and its adoption – I’m motivated by the opportunity to examine how we can respond to the latest disruptions and understand how to use them to improve business processes. Every day is a new day with an opportunity to help move Siemens Digital Industries Software and our customers forward.
Inspiring innovations: I’m always inspired when I think about the impact of digitalization in every aspect of our lives, including smart products, adaptive processes, the community ecosystem, servitization, and process optimization. We are working hard to help our customers respond to these trends, ensuring that we pay attention to multi-domain integration, a key driver of digitalization.
Invest in yourself: Looking back, I find one of the greatest lessons from my career to be a constant personal investment in improving myself. Using a systems-based approach and focusing on needs and not wants has helped me succeed, challenge and excel at the status quo.
Foodie at heart: When I’m not at the office you might find me enjoying time with my family, cooking, or playing golf. One of my favorite places to visit is Kauai, Hawaii, US.
