Driving transformation: My team is extremely creative and is one of the threads stitching together our many technologies and acquisitions. We are constantly inventing and driving new industry technologies and processes and helping our customers accelerate their business transformation.

Lessons learned: Never underestimate people – everyone has phenomenal skills to share. The challenge as a leader is to leverage and align the skills of employees. Once aligned, anything can be done, even the impossible.

Tech to inspire: Looking back, I’m inspired by the Roman Empire and automobiles before the Great Depression because of the levels of advanced technology. Now, I’m excited to see visualization and animation worlds coming together to allow companies to include everyone in the innovation cycle.
