Finding your purpose: I’m truly motivated by having a purpose - the need to contribute to a shared goal. In other words, the sense of belonging to a movement that is more than just one person. I love to build and work with high-performing teams – where the team is stronger than the sum of the individuals.
Building teams: In my career, I have found that the most important step to creating a high-performing team that encourages innovation, is to hire people who have experience outside the functional area/industry.
Capture the moment: I’m always inspired when I consider the camera. It’s an amazing invention as it enables us to capture a moment and provides the opportunity to go back in time.
Reach the peak: When I'm not in the office, you can find me on a mountain, either hiking, skiing, or mountain biking.
